Admission for university degrees: steps to follow

To access the university and be part of the Euncet community, you must take into account the steps of the admission process.

  1. Information request. Contact our admissions team so that they can provide you with the information brochures and personally resolve any questions or concerns you may have about our university studies.
  2. Personal interview. Once you decide which university degree to take, the Euncet Business School team will contact you to get to know your profile in depth and assess your candidacy. In addition, attending one of our campuses in person will serve as your first contact with our university centre, as well as with our facilities.
  3. Admission application. In order for you to be part of the Euncet community, you must provide us with your application for admission, attaching the completed admission form and a photocopy of both sides of your DNI. In the case of having applied for one of the scholarships included in our financial aid program, you must also attach the documentation that proves it.
  4. Documentation and validation study. In this phase, you will be able to send us all the information and documentation necessary to carry out the file transfer, if you come from a CFGS or another university centre.
  5. Reserve a spot. Places are limited, so we recommend that you speed up the previous phases of the admission process as much as you can. To ensure your study with Euncet Business School you must make a payment of €600 as a deposit. This price will be discounted at the end of the total registration fee. This procedure will allow you to make a reservation at Euncet Business School with which to guarantee your place in the degree, while waiting to pass the selectivity or other access requirements, such as meeting the cut-off mark to access university degrees.
  6. University pre-registration. This phase formalises your university enrolment in Euncet Business School degrees. You must check the registration deadlines, allocation of places and registration date, as well as indicate the degrees you wish to access in order of preference (Query gencat). 

Students who do not register on the corresponding dates will lose their spot. For queries related to assignments, you should contact the Generalitat de Catalunya University Access Office: Accesnet.

  1. Enrolment. Once verified that you meet the requirements for access to our university degrees, the Academic Management team will contact you to formalize enrolment in our centre. 

The college admission interview

The university interview is one of the admission processes for the academic year for university degrees. With these interviews, the Euncet Business School Admissions team can assess candidates by detecting their aptitudes, qualities and preferences in order to guide them towards the programs that best fit their profile and complement their professional needs and concerns.

Admission for university master's degrees: steps to follow

To access our university master's degrees and be part of the Euncet community, you must take into account the specific requirements for access to the master’s degree:

  1. Information request. Once you have decided which university master's degree you want to take, you can request information from our advisers. They will provide you with information brochures and personally answer any questions you may have about the access requirements.
  2. Admission application. In order for you to be part of the Euncet community, you must provide us with your application for admission, attaching your university degree, academic certificate, CV, passport, and a motivational letter.
  3. Submit the documentation for the admission process. In this phase, you must send us all the information and documentation required to process the registration for the university master's degree. If you are in possession of a foreign degree or an official university degree, you must provide it to the Admissions team so that they can assess whether the requested requirements are being met. And, in the case of foreign studies, the declaration of equivalence will be made. In addition, you must attach your curriculum vitae, passport, your academic certificate and a letter of motivation.
  4. Skype interview. To learn more about your profile and the suitability of your application to our master's degrees, the Admissions team will call you for an interview through the Skype platform.
  5. Evaluation of the candidacy by the Admission Committee. Once your documentation and profile as a candidate is validated and verified, the Admission Committee will issue its assessment. You will receive an Admission letter confirming the resolution (positive or negative) of your admission process.
  6. Spot reservation. If the resolution is approved, you will be able to reserve your spot by paying a payment of €1,000 (to be deducted from the total registration fee). In this way, you will guarantee your spot in the university master's degree.
  7. Apply for a student visa. For those foreign students, the student visa application must be made. Our advisers will help in managing the process to facilitate and speed up the admission process to the university master's degree and meet the established deadlines.
  8. Enrolment. As a last step, after having passed the previous phases, the registration will be formalized.

What should your master's degree application include?

Remember that for your application for admission to the university master's degree to be valid, you must include a series of documents that serve to assess your candidacy.

You must provide a letter of motivation in which you state your interest in doing the university master's degree at Euncet Business School. In addition, you must also attach your curriculum vitae and, if you are a foreign student, you must also provide us with the foreign degree to make the declaration of equivalence and homologate the training.

Admission to executive masters: the steps to follow

The first step to access our programmes is to start the admission process. To do this, you must request information in one of our Executive posgraduate or master's degrees programmes.

Once our admissions team receives your application, they will arrange a personal interview to get to know your profile in depth and advise you on the programme that best suits your needs and interests.

Then, we will proceed with your application for admission. You will need to send us the necessary documents to be able to study your application: curriculum vitae, passport photo, ID card and academic qualification, if any.

Once our team has all the required documents, the Admissions Committee will evaluate your application. After their decision, you will receive an Admission letter confirming the resolution (positive or negative) of the Admission Process.

If your application is approved, you will be able to start the enrolment by paying the corresponding reservation fee for the programme chosen.

Economical benefits of an early admission

At Euncet Business School we are committed to offering quality training that is accessible to everyone. That is why we have adapted our scholarship and grant programme to the needs of our future students.

Although our executive training programmes have a call for applications in March and another in November, candidates can apply whenever they want. To make sure you don't miss out, we recommend that you apply as soon as possible. If you register in advance, you will be able to pay for the training in instalments.

For first semester programmes, which start in October/November, the admission period begins in January and ends in October. And, for second semester programmes, which start in March/April, the admission period starts in October and ends in March.

In oder to formalise your registration in our admissions procedure you must send us a series of documents which prove that your profile meets the requirements requested. Find out the registration and admission deadlines and don’t miss out on your place!

The Euncet Business School admissions process consists of 8 steps. First, you must submit an information request, so that our team of advisers can contact you and inform you about the courses and scholarships available. Once you find the course that best suits your needs and concerns, you will proceed to a personal interview. This step will help to establish your profile and evaluate your application for the teaching course. If you pass this stage you can apply for admission. Once your application is approved, the admissions team will take over the information provided, as well as a validation study and transfer of files, if required. The last steps will be to reserve your place, carry out pre-registration and, finally, registration itself.

As we are an institute attached to the Polytechnic University of Catalunya, you should know that in order to enrol in one of our official degrees you must bear in mind the enrolment schedules established by the UPC (Consult the webpage here).

Our two Euncet campuses have recently been renovated. They are equipped with state-of-the-art systems to offer students the very best services. Among the facilities on our campuses are the sports facilities located at the Euncet Barcelona North Campus, one of the largest in Barcelona. Extending over more than 350,000 m2, these facilities are equipped with swimming pools, areas for different sports such as athletics, paddle or basketball and another space packed with sports equipment for fitness and other activities for physical wellbeing. Students also have at their disposal more than 1,900 m2 of teaching space, as well as the Aula Magna, the space dedicated to hosting major events.

Throughout the academic year at Euncet Business School we promote different types of events to encourage the participation of our community and future students. Guidance seminar: what is creativity?

Carles Argemí is an international digital marketing consultant and lecturer at Euncet Business School. He is in charge of running the seminar “What is creativity?”. In this session, students will come to terms with the concept of creativity and how to create original solutions for everyday problems.

In this seminar, students will break with some limiting beliefs regarding their creativity and originality and will discover techniques and resources to help them develop their creative thinking and talent through the different group dynamics in which they will work on processes and mental maps.

It is important that they become aware of their strong and weak points, as it is from self-knowledge that our aptitudes and attitudes can be worked on and exploited.
